Q. When will I receive my ordered product?

Since the product is shipped from overseas, it usually takes about 7 days to 2 weeks until receiving a shipping notification, but it may take longer than the estimated number of days depending on the supplier's purchasing status and transportation status. In that case, we will contact you separately.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you, so please wait for a while.

Q. Can I cancel?

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. In addition, if you continue to cancel your order due to long-term absence, refusal to receive the order, non-payment of the transfer, etc., we will decline your order and suspend your use of our store.

Q. I did not receive the purchase confirmation/payment completion email.

A.

All customers will be automatically notified by email to confirm their order details. Emails are sent from this address.
